Iranian ‘Dream-Haulers’ to go to Sweden

Iranian short flick ‘Dream-Haulers’ has been selected to compete at the 2020 edition of the Balkan Nordic Film Festival in Sweden.

Directed and written by Farzaneh Qaemi, the short film narrates the story of a young worker whose wife has disappeared and he has to start a journey to find her.

The cast of the short film includes Ramtin Keramati and Ramona Khanqaee.

The short film is co-produced by Qaemi and the Iranian Youth Cinema Society.

The Balkan Nordic Film Festival aims to bring the audience the best and newest films.

Screenings are not limited to the newly-produced films that means classics are scheduled to go on screen too.

The selected works will compete in four categories, including best film, best female performance, audience award, and the festival’s special award.

The 2020 edition of the event will be held on December 7-21.
